We want to thank our staff for going above and beyond during this  crisis. They have worked extra time and dealt with many frustrated travellers with diplomacy and kindness. We received calls from stranded and angry clients, and they did their best to help every last one to the best of their ability and helped them stay informed even through they never would have expected such a huge global event to completely turn our world upside down so quickly. This situation has been challenging for us, and we’re happy to have such wonderful staff, as well as clients who have shown amazing amounts of patience, during a stressful time with so much uncertainty.
